Regular membership
2 Current Regular Members must sponsor an applicant for Regular Membership
Annual fee: $500 dues + $150 club house spending (lounge, merchandise)
One time initiation fee: $500
Card Key: $15 (appx. every 4 years)
Note: Club house spending happens the second year of membership
A Regular member has full rights and privileges of the Club. They may attend and vote at all club meetings and serve on committees. They have full use of all club facilities including the marina and may submit an application for a slip. No person shall be eligible for Regular membership who is under twenty-one years of age. All new members shall be on a one-year probationary period. All new regular members are required to perform eight (8) participation hours annually for the first five (5) years of their membership. Any Regular member who pays dues for twenty-five consecutive years and does not have a break in service shall be exempt from any further annual dues and assessments and shall become a Life member with all privileges pertaining to membership.
Associate membership
1 current Regular and 1 current Associate member are required to sponsor an applicant for Associate Membership
Annual fee: $250 dues + $150 club house spending (lounge, merchandise)
One time initiation fee: $250
Card Key: $10 (appx. every 4 years)
Note: Club house spending happens the second year of membership
Associate members are extended privileges of the Anchor Lounge, Wisely Room and Centennial Hall. Associate members may not; (1) attend or vote at any club meeting, (2) maintain or operate a boat or mooring, at the club, or (3) be eligible for life membership, (4) an Associate member shall not sponsor a regular member, (5) an Associate member may sponsor an Associate member.
He/she shall be on probation for a one-year period, during which his/her membership may be revoked at the discretion of the Board of Directors for any infraction of the Club rules or by-laws.
Associate members must be members in good standing for five full years just prior to changing over to a Regular member in order to be exempt from payment of initiation fee. When an Associate member in good standing for five years requests to change over to a Regular membership, the Associate member shall be given preference over a nonmember seeking Regular membership.
Junior membership
Annual fee: $40 dues
One time initiation fee: $20
Card Key: $6 (appx. every 4 years)
Junior membership applicants for membership shall be not less than 12 or more than 21 years of age. They shall be proposed and elected in the same manner senior members. They shall have a Red Cross Certified Swimmer Certificate or have written parental verification that the applicant is a swimmer and a copy of it must accompany the application for membership.
Their privileges shall be that of flying the Club burgee, use of the clubhouse and floats. They shall not have the right of vote or to hold office, or have any interest in the club property. They shall observe all of the rules and regulations of the House Committee. Junior membership shall be limited to regular members' children and grandchildren only.
Junior members must be members in good standing for two full years just prior to changing over to regular members in order to be exempt from payment of the initiation fee. When a regular junior member becomes twenty-one and passes the membership committee he/she will become a full regular member automatically.
